What foods can you dip into the Chocolate Fountain?

What do I have to provide when renting a Chocolate Fountain?
Since some of the fountains weighs approximately 100 pounds when full of chocolate (plus the weight of dipping items), a level, sturdy table is required. If it is not level, the chocolate may not flow properly. Your banquet facility or caterer should provide two table linens that will coordinate with your color scheme. The chocolate fountain requires a 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within 20 feet of the set-up location.
For non-catered events or private parties, the client is responsible for providing a sturdy table, optional table décor, and linens. Paper plates and napkins.
